PostHeaderIcon New arrangements for pilgrims at Pamba-Triveni and Nilackal

The pilgrim facilities at Pamba-Triveni, which were destroyed in the recent flood, have been temporarily restored for the convenience of pilgrims arriving for Kanni month pooja starting from 16 September 2018.

Travancore Devaswom has decided not to allow private vehicles and taxis (2, 3 and 4-wheel) beyond Nilackal, which will also serve as the base camp for pilgrims, instead of Pamba.

From Nilackal, pilgrims may use KSRTC buses to reach Pamba. Temporary resting sheds and facilities for bathing and ritual offering have been arranged.

A temporary resting place has been built at the place of Rama Moorthy Mandapam.

All the new arrangements as cited above will be in force during the upcoming Mandala-Makaravilakku season also.
